ISO 10319 ger en standardiserad metod f\u00f6r att utv\u00e4rdera dragegenskaperna hos geosynteter genom ett dragprov med stor bredd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ISO 10319-metoden hj\u00e4lper tillverkare, laboratorier och kvalitetskontrollteam att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra produkter under enhetliga f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Den m\u00e4ter dragh\u00e5llfasthet, t\u00f6jning, sekantstyvhet och t\u00f6jning vid maximal kraft. Denna geometri ger en mer realistisk representation av f\u00e4ltprestanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under provningen kl\u00e4mmer operat\u00f6ren fast provkroppen \u00f6ver hela dess bredd och applicerar en dragbelastning med konstant hastighet p\u00e5 tv\u00e4rbalken tills brott uppst\u00e5r. Sk\u00f6ra produkter som glasbaserade geosynteter kan kr\u00e4va en l\u00e5ngsammare hastighet s\u00e5 att brott sker inom cirka 30 sekunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dragh\u00e5llfasthet hos geosynteter m\u00e4tt enligt ISO 10319<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standarden omfattar flera kritiska dragegenskaper hos geosynteter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dragh\u00e5llfasthet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragh\u00e5llfastheten representerar den maximala kraft per breddenhet som provkroppen kan motst\u00e5 innan den brister. Laboratorier rapporterar detta v\u00e4rde i kN\/m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6r vissa produkter, s\u00e4rskilt vissa geon\u00e4t och armeringsmaterial, kan dragkraft-t\u00f6jningskurvan uppvisa en andra topp. I s\u00e5dana fall kr\u00e4ver ISO 10319 att b\u00e5de den f\u00f6rsta och den andra toppens v\u00e4rden rapporteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dragt\u00f6jning vid maximal kraft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragt\u00f6jning vid maximal kraft anger hur mycket materialet t\u00f6js n\u00e4r det n\u00e5r sin h\u00f6gsta belastning.
