Standardiga m\u00f5\u00f5detakse kahte olulist omadust: haardemurdekoormus ja murdevenivus. Need v\u00e4\u00e4rtused aitavad tootjatel, laboratooriumidel, t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tjatel ja kvaliteedikontrolli t\u00f6\u00f6tajatel kindlaks teha, kas geotekstiil vastab v\u00e4litingimustes kasutatava geotekstiili toimivusn\u00f5uetele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erinevalt ribade t\u00f5mbemeetoditest haaratakse ASTM D4632 puhul ainult proovi keskosa.
