Standarden m\u00e5ler to vigtige egenskaber: brudbelastning og brudforl\u00e6ngelse. Disse v\u00e6rdier hj\u00e6lper producenter, laboratorier, entrepren\u00f8rer og kvalitetskontrolpersonale med at afg\u00f8re, om et geotekstil opfylder kravene til ydeevne ved anvendelse i marken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I mods\u00e6tning til strip tensile-metoder griber ASTM D4632 kun fat i en central del af pr\u00f8ven. Denne tilgang afspejler stoffets \u201ceffektive styrke\u201d mere realistisk, fordi tilst\u00f8dende garner og fibre bidrager til den endelige brudbelastning. Derfor bruges ASTM D4632 ofte til indgangskontrol, produktsammenligning, godkendelse af partier og kvalitetskontrol af produktionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er ASTM D4632?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASTM D4632 er standardtestmetoden til bestemmelse af geotekstilernes brudstyrke og forl\u00e6ngelse. Metoden anvender en kontinuerligt stigende tr\u00e6kkraft p\u00e5 en pr\u00f8ve, indtil der opst\u00e5r brud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standarden g\u00e6lder for mange v\u00e6vede og ikke-v\u00e6vede geotekstiler, herunder materialer, der bruges til filtrering, dr\u00e6ning, adskillelse, forst\u00e6rkning, erosionskontrol og vejbyggeri. Den er dog ikke egnet til strikkede stoffer, fordi deres struktur reagerer anderledes under tr\u00e6kbelastning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Testen kan udf\u00f8res under t\u00f8rre eller v\u00e5de forhold. I de fleste kommercielle test bruger laboratorierne t\u00f8r tilstand, medmindre en projektspecifikation kr\u00e6ver v\u00e5de test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e6kstyrke for geotekstil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geotekstilets tr\u00e6kstyrke refererer til den maksimale kraft, der kr\u00e6ves for at bryde en pr\u00f8ve, n\u00e5r kun en del af dens bredde er fastsp\u00e6ndt.
